Medication Management

Medication management is the process of a medical provider assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with medication. The provider reviews the patient's medication and closely monitors the patient’s progress, looks for side effects, adjusts dosage and/or changes medication when needed. The goal of medication management is to positively impact the patient's overall health needs.
